Nutrition has become part of my identity, it is my passion and knowing the impact it can have on people for not only weight loss but all of the other areas that nutrition plays a pivotal role such as muscle gain, overall health, mental health, prevention of chronic disease etc. inspires me every day to be the best coach I can be.
I am on a mission to provide the best educational experience to my clients that will allow them to take control of their nutrition and understand the science behind it.
I am a certified Nutritionist through Mac Nutrition Uni, a world renowned nutrition course that is changing the standards in the nutrition world and I am proud to be a part of that.
